With over 20 years of experience, Rosi Alonso, CCIM, is the founder and Managing Director for the firm. She has a BBA from Loyola University of New Orleans and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member/CCIM designee, member of the Board of Directors of the Puerto Rico Chapter of the CCIM Institute and an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Rosi specializes in office space within the San Juan metropolitan area and Guaynabo office parks. She has closed deals with top multinational firms as well as with federal and local government agencies. Alonso-Mulet Commercial is also exclusive broker for various prime office buildings within the San Juan/Guaynabo commercial districts.

Fun Fact: Rosi is an avid sailor and has extensively cruised the Caribbean along with her husband aboard their sailboat, S/V Rose. Her extensive family has Cuban, Puerto Rican, Spanish, French, Belgian and North American roots.

Giselle Stowell has a BA in Psychology from the University of Miami and graduate studies in Counseling Psychology from NYU. Giselle joined our team in 2013 and is a member of the San Juan Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. She specializes in high-end luxury residential real estate in the Condado, Ocean Park and surrounding areas as well as suburban neighborhoods within the greater metropolitan such as Dorado, and Guaynabo.

As the daughter of a California real estate developer and hotelier as well as Cuban mathematician, Giselle captures the best aspects of her worldly bicultural upbringing as a native English speaker born in Puerto Rico. She is fully bilingual and an avid world traveler, always aspiring towards new frontiers and adventures.

Skilled sailing enthusiast, Giselle is a certified US Coast Guard Captain / Merchant Marine for un-inspected passenger vessels and forms part of the Sail Alegre Racing Team. All-around athlete and wellness enthusiast, she loves practicing crossfit, yoga and rollerblading.

Ana Delgado, has a BA from the Florida International University. She has been with our team since 2014 and is also a member of the San Juan Board of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Ana specializes in luxury resort properties and country / mountainside estates outside the metro area and oceanfront properties within the Condado, Ocean Park, Punta las Marias and Isla Verde areas.

Fun Fact: Ana is a very talented artist and has a jewelry line which she confects in her spare time. She is an avid world traveler. Driven by her passion for exploration and learning about different cultures, she has traveled extensively throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Guillermo A. Mulet Rivero, is the newest member of our team. He has a BA in Political Science from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and an MBA in Marketing from Ana G. Méndez University.

A member of the San Juan Board of Realtors, Guillermo specializes in Airbnb residential properties as well as land, office and retail properties outside the metro area.  He is fully bilingual, people oriented and a great conversationalist.

Fun fact: Guillermo, who has traveled extensively, is a history and geography buff who's knowledge can rival most. He also has a passion for movies and music.
